Deco and Design Tour – September 26
Start your weekend off in style by strolling South Beach's historic Art Deco District and the Wolfsonian's latest exhibition, all in one design-filled evening. This two-hour adventure begins with a walking tour of the Art Deco District, then moves inside to explore The Wolfsonian's collection. The tour focuses on New Deal architecture and the exhibition “A Bittersweet Decade: The New Deal in America, 1933-43,” on view at The Wolfsonian. Cost: $10 for Wolfsonian and MDPL members and students; $20 for all others. The tour begins at 6 p.m. at The Wolfsonian, 1001 Washington Avenue, Miami Beach.

JAZZ ROOTS - A Larry Rosen Series is a hot new concert performance series at Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts. The great music begins November 7th with opening show Legends of Jazz, featuring Ramsey Lewis, Paquito D'Rivera and Fourplay – the world’s greatest contemporary jazz group - with Bob James, Larry Carlton, Nathan East and Harvey Mason.
