Yoga by the Sea - at the Barnacle
Take a deep breath and let your stress melt away… Come to The Barnacle each Wednesday evening and enjoy hatha yoga that synchronizes postures with the breath. These classes are for all levels – including beginners. Bring a mat, blocks, and a strap. Classes are $13 each, which includes park entrance fee. 6 to 7:15 p.m.
